The protection of your data is very important to us. We have, therefore,
put in place security and data protection procedures which ensure maximum
protection for your data. We require certain information for software
registration, online shopping and our newsletter. Personal data are not,
however, stored without your prior consent.

What data are stored? When registering, placing an order or making contact with Inxmail Australia Pty Limited,
you are asked for personal data such as your name, email address and telephone
number. Of course, you have the right not to disclose this information. In this
event, however, Inxmail GmbH is no longer able to provide you with the required
products, services or information.
Data required for technical reasons On visiting any internet site, information on the IP address, directing
URL, date/time, browser version and operating system used are stored – for
technical reasons – on the server log files. In addition so-called cookies are
partially deposited locally on your computer. Cookies are small text files
which are temporarily stored on your hard disk and can contain information on
your visit to our website. They make navigation easier and improve user
friendliness.
These data are required for technical reasons and are not in any way
attributed to an individual person. They are only evaluated in the form of
anonymous statistics (see usage statistics).
Usage statistics In order to improve our website, we collect statistical data on its use.
For this we use the services of etracker and Google Analytics. In
addition cookies and/or Javascript may be used. A usage profile is created from
this data under a pseudonym. The data
are only collected and stored in pseudonym form. The data are not used to
identify visitors to the website personally and are not collated with data on
the holder of the pseudonym. This ensures that there is no link to the above
protocol or user profile.

What data are used for the Inxmail
Newsletter? You can subscribe to our newsletter on the Inxmail website. When you
subscribe, we ask you for personal data such as, for example, your name and
email address. We only use these data to personalise and send out our mailings.
We do not pass the data to third parties. To prevent the misuse of email
addresses, subscribers are required to confirm their subscription to our
newsletter by email in an automated process (double opt-in).
For statistical purposes, we carry out anonymised link tracking. It is
not possible to relate this to individual recipients.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, by simply using the link
at the bottom of each of our mailings, by email to info@inxmail.com.au, or by

How are these data used? Personal data are only collected, processed and used by Inxmail GmbH, to
the extent necessary for the provision of the services offered. In addition
Inxmail may also use these data for a purpose stated in each case in the input
field – provided you give us your permission to do so.
Who is given this data? Where you have given us personal data, we only use these to respond to
your enquiries and fulfil agreements made with you and for administrative
purposes.
Your personal data are only passed on or otherwise transferred to third
parties where this is necessary to fulfil the agreement or for invoicing
purposes or where you have given your prior consent. You are entitled to
withdraw any permission given at any time with future effect.
Deletion of stored data Stored personal data are deleted if you withdraw your permission for
them to be stored, if they are no longer required for the purpose for which
they were stored or if their storage is not permitted for legal reasons.
Information on stored data You may request information free of charge on all personal data which
Inxmail GmbH has stored on you. Of course you may correct any errors, update
information which has changed or have stored data deleted. In addition you may
at any time withdraw permission you have given for the collection, processing
