The world’s first email display test for Outlook 2010

As the world’s first email marketing provider, Inxmail GmbH, the
company renowned for its innovation, is now offering a display test for
Outlook 2010. This allows marketers to optimise their newsletters to
suit the upcoming version of Outlook long before Microsoft releases the
software to end users.
The variety of email programs makes it
difficult for marketers to send newsletters that are guaranteed to be
displayed correctly to all recipients. The different versions of
Microsoft Outlook alone often display emails in completely different
ways.
“Many marketers do not realise that a newsletter
displayed in Outlook 2003 looks considerably different to one that is
displayed in Outlook 2010,” says Martin Bucher, Managing Director of
Inxmail GmbH. “If a newsletter is not displayed correctly, all the time
and money spent on the marketing strategy has gone to waste.” The
reason is the HTML code, which is interpreted differently by the
various email programs.
In this respect a display test is
useful. However, very few professional email marketing systems have
actually integrated such a test. Inxmail Professional is one of these
few. With one click, Inxmail’s display test displays a newsletter in 28
different email programs, webmail programs and mobile clients. This
includes four versions of Outlook and Outlook Express alone. Display
errors can be identified and corrected without any time pressure before
the newsletter is sent out.

international email programs is now available to all Inxmail
Professional users.
